Project Coordinator - Commercial Glazing

​Key Responsibilities

• ​End-to-End Management: Lead multiple commercial glazing projects, ensuring all phases meet quality and safety standards.
• ​Contract & Design Review: Analyze contracts, architectural drawings, and shop specifications to ensure precise execution.
• ​Logistics Coordination: Manage fabrication schedules, material procurement, and site deliveries to keep projects moving.
• ​Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, consultants, and internal fabrication/installation teams.
• ​Financial Oversight: Meticulously track project budgets, labor costs, and change orders.
• ​Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and manage the deficiency/close-out process.

​What You Bring

• ​Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the commercial glazing industry (Required).
• ​Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, , and entrance systems.
• ​Blueprint Proficiency: Professional-level ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• ​Leadership: Proven track record of coordinating fabrication teams and site installation crews.
• ​Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
