Project Coordinator Industrial Process Data Projects

The Project Coordinator – Industrial Process Data Projects will be supporting one or multiple project managers in the delivery of client projects. It is a critical position for the project and will be reporting to the Project Manager(s). The Project Coordinator provides support to the project team and contributes to the delivery of high-quality requirements for the project. The Project Coordinator works within a structured team delivery environment responsible for all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle. This role will be focused on projects for process data systems supporting automation on industrial infrastructure in the energy vertical.

Position Requirements:

• 
  
  
  
  • Experience working with the processes, applications and personnel associated with engineering and operations within the gas pipeline or energy industry vertical
  
  
  • Experience with application development projects using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid techniques for Operational Technology Data management initiatives
  
  
  • Experience within infrastructure projects including networks, data centres, servers, or workstations, if required
  
  
  • Project experience interfacing and integrating with IT, SCM, OCM, EWM departments and processes
  
  
  • Project experience with client support functions including accounting, IT, work management, supply chain, document management, environmental, or building services groups
  
  
  • Experience working in a team/solution environment with a project manager and a project advisor
  
  
  • Ability to interact with clients in head office and field locations
  
  
  • Ability to work with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers as required
  
  
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
  
  
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 
  
  
  
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of project coordination experience
  
  
  • 2+ years of experience in the energy vertical
  
  
  • Experience working with OT systems and processes associated with gas pipeline companies
  
  
  • Attention to detail; ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in day-to-day work
  
  
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
  
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams
  
  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
