A Day in the Life

- Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling, coordinating and tracking deliveries

- Attend hand off & autopsy meetings

- Work with PM and Estimator to prepare a comprehensive material list for the project

- Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders

-Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds and insurances

- Fill out warranties and send close out packages

- Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (ie. forecasting, planning, analysis, etc)

What We are Seeking

- Excellent communication skills

- Understand direction and be dependable to follow through

- General Project Management/construction knowledge

- Microsoft Office

- Ability to read drawings

- Organizational skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team
