Project Director - Commercial Construction

What You'll do:

• Manage a team of Project Managers with multiple projects under your portfolio.
• Train and mentor your team, helping them attain their career goals
• Be involved in high-level discussions with owners, consultants, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenditures.
• Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.

What Our Client is Targetting:

• 10 - 15+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Experience managing a team of Project Managers in a previous role
• Experience working on Commercial projects, ranging in value from $10 - $50 million.
• Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred
