Project Facilitator - Manufacturing

POSITION: Project Facilitator - Manufacturing REPORTS TO: President

OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Facilitator - Manufacturing to coordinate projects around manufacturing optimization. Reporting directly to the President, this role will be pivotal in supporting operational efficiency and enabling the company to expand its capabilities into new product categories. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of process changes, equipment upgrades, and new manufacturing capabilities.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• You have proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food production or bakery industry.
• You have excellent project management skills.
• You are exceptional at problem-solving and have a data-driven mindset.
• You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

EXPERIENCE

• You have 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards
• Proven experience with data analysis and project management using various tracking tools

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• PMP designation

Salary - 85,000 - 105,000
