JOB DESCRIPTION:

Heavy Equipment Operator | $26-$30/hour

Join a dynamic poultry farming operation where you'll operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment while supporting farm infrastructure, landscaping, and seasonal agricultural activities. This hands-on role is ideal for a safety-focused operator who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and contributing to a team-oriented farm environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with dozers, grading, excavator etc. 

Carpenter | $27-$35/hour

Join our construction team and take part in a variety of residential and commercial building and renovation projects. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled trades professional with experience in construction, equipment operation, and leading projects from start to finish.

Project Labourer | $21-$23/hour

Gain hands-on experience working on a variety of egg farming construction and equipment installation projects, from assembling prefabricated systems to supporting the development of modern poultry production barns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, team-oriented work and wants to build practical skills in farm infrastructure, mechanical installation, and project support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in construction, skilled trades, equipment operation, agriculture, or a related hands-on field


• Ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and/or heavy equipment


• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, install, maintain, or repair equipment and infrastructure


• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions


• Ability to read and follow plans, drawings, specifications, and work instructions


• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills


• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team


• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures


• Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude


• Valid driver's license required; equipment operation experience is considered an asset


• Experience in farming, poultry operations, renovations, landscaping, or project-based work is an asset


• Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
