Our client, a leader in the CNC distribution industry is looking for a Sales Coordinator Engineer to join their team.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written;

-AutoCAD and 3D cad experience

-Technical education: Apprenticeship, technical college or University

-Strong work ethic, team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service a must.

Daily Tasks:

1.     Technical support for inside sales team (Inside sales, Product managers)

a.     Preparing layout drawings

b.     Decisions on machine option configurations

c.      Standardization of machine options

d.     Prepare specific builder pre-installation packages.

e.     Process machine accessory sales.

2.     New Machine sales / Customer Interaction:

a.     Send welcome email with layout, pre-installation package, machine updates, delivery timeline etc.

b.     Updating customers on backorders

c.      General point of contact with customer.

d.     Coordinate delivery, retrofits, installation and training with application engineers.

3.     Special Automation and Turnkey projects:

a.     Work with third party integrators

b.     Closely monitor project activities with all stakeholders

c.      Coordinate required tasks with Service/application department (machine prep, test cuttings, cycle times etc)

d.     Coordinate installation and training with Elliott team.

e.     General Liaison between, Elliott /Customer/Integrator

f.       Processing paperwork (shipping, Ordering etc)

g.     Develop scope, FAT, SAT documents for successful project completion

4.     Machine Pre-sale/Accessory sales:

a.     RSM/inside technical sales support

b.     Process accessory sales while Varun is on Holiday.

5.     Tradeshows:

a.     Prepare booth layout, electrical and air drawings
