Managing projects at IN-RGY means having the opportunity to dive into complex projects and having a tangible impact. In this role you will be driving projects for our new UKG practice.

  Plan, organize, drive and control deliverables and the team 

  
  

• 
  

  Manage the quality of deliverables according to the company's methodology 

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up and provide status on deliverables 

  
  


• 
  

  Anticipate, identify and report risks, impacts and issues, and apply corrective measures 

  
  


• 
  

  Write workshop reports and project monitoring committees 

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the project director to validate the planning and coordination of the project phases 

  
  

• 
  

  Carry out certain project deliverables such as test, delivery and deployment strategies 

  
  

To be successful in this position you need to:

  Have managed IT or HRIS projects 

  
  


• 
  

  Know project management methodologies and tools 

  
  

• 
  

  Be bilingual in English and French 

  
  


• 
  

  Be stimulated by change

  Enjoy working in a team and on different projects
