In this role, you will manage and provide technical expertise during the design, build, and commissioning phases of our advanced manufacturing projects. As the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, you will ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Project Management, you will oversee project schedules and budgets, lead review meetings, and resolve any issues that arise. What you’ll get to do

• Manage and Lead: Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership during the design, build, and commissioning phases of assigned projects.


• Monitor and Adjust: Oversee progress of project schedules and budgets; develop action plans if variances arise to keep projects on track.


• Facilitate Meetings: Schedule, lead, and facilitate design and manufacturing line-up and review meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


• Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison on all job-related issues between the customer and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.


• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with customers and the Valiant TMS team to resolve any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to cost and delivery constraints.


• Communication: Record and relay all relevant information to team members regarding any changes, additional charges, or delivery schedules to maintain transparency and alignment.


• Customer Visits: Arrange and communicate all customer visits to Valiant TMS for job progress updates and final buy-off meetings to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

• Experienced Experts: Leverage your degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience, ideally focusing on body-in-white welding and assembly, closure hanging, or final assembly within a manufacturing facility.
