  • You are comfortable on-site and practical about problem-solving, you find the path forward when things do not go as planned

  • You hold a high standard on the work and follow through on commitments, even when it would be easier to let something slide

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of cladding projects from contract award through to close-out, including budget setup, cost tracking, and final billing

  • Coordinate materials and equipment procurement and delivery schedules to support site sequencing and avoid delays

  • Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents, coordinating with estimating to assess scope and cost impacts accurately

  • Visit sites regularly to meet with GCs, owners, and supervisors to review progress, coordinate start dates, confirm site logistics, and resolve field issues
