Trillium Health Partners (THP) is seeking a Project Manager to join the Strategy Management Office’s.
With a future-ready lens aligned to Plan to 2030 priorities, the Strategy Management Office provides structured support and cross-functional partnership to help advance enterprise modernization and value realization. In this role, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on middle and back office processes and ways of working—helping modernize services and deliver measurable value and efficiency outcomes. Working with a centralized team, you will contribute to defining improvement opportunities, developing workplans and deliverables, coordinating interested parties, and supporting benefits tracking and adoption activities across multiple corporate and enabling functions.
