Project Manager, Inbound Logistics

Drive supply chain excellence and keep critical programs moving.

As a Project Manager, Inbound Logistics, you will lead high-impact supply chain projects focused on inbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of materials that support operational success.

• Lead supply chain projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. 
• Develop and implement Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, including policies, processes, KPIs, and SLAs. 
• Manage relationships and performance of key logistics providers and subcontractors. 
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leaders and customers. 
• Lead risk and change management activities for inbound logistics initiatives. 
• Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. 
• Support material availability and operational goals, including zero late deliveries and zero defects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management. 
• PMP designation required; RMP designation considered an asset. 
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and financial management principles. 
• Experience managing complex supplier or subcontractor relationships. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, shipbuilding, or defence environments is an asset.
