ABGi Canada, a subsidiary of Visiativ, is looking for a Project Manager! This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Toronto. Founded in 1990, ABGi has one of the largest networks of experts specialized in tax credit optimization, with a growing presence in 10 countries including the UK, France, Canada and Brazil, to provide tax credits, grants and subsidies in all sectors of activity.
The position
Your mission is to carry out and interface with the administrative, financial and commercial areas.
In addition to participating in the construction and development of improvements contributing to Abgi's prosperous growth, you have a real supervisory role on our various missions and projects.
Missions
Monitor the planning of new projects with the various teams.
Document meeting information in reports, ensuring consistency between scope, resources and deadlines for efficient project development.
Connect finance, sales and consulting to ensure an agile and consistent WIP.
Prepare financial basis for WIP (prepare time report; update invoice issue and payment date; review and adjust contract value)
Reconciliation between Salesforce and WIP.
Organize delivery schedule for project milestones in collaboration with teams, measuring adherence to deadlines and planned targets using indicators, ensuring smooth planning and execution of work ;
Work with project management methodologies and close-out contracts.
Verify new projects in Salesforce (proposal data, cost center, service type, revenues and invoices).
Your background
You are a graduate of a school of engineering, administration, technology, finance and/or related fields.
You have initial experience in project management, as a PMO.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
You are familiar with Power BI tools and the Office pack.
You are bilingual in French and English.
