Required Skills:

12+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Banking & Capital Markets.

Strong expertise in delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

Experience with Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle, settlement/clearing, regulatory reporting, trading platforms, and market data systems.

Proven stakeholder, vendor, budget, risk, and governance management skills.

Highly preferred: experience with stock exchanges, electronic trading platforms, and market infrastructure.

PMP/Agile certification preferred.
