Promotion and Marketing Specialist

About The Opportunity

Working as an integral part of the Employment and Future Skills Department, this position reports directly to the Director of Education. This role revolves around strategizing, implementing, and assessing communication plans for both internal and external audiences. The incumbent will analyze the effectiveness of these strategies, offering valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborating closely with various teams, this role coordinates the creation of diverse communication materials, from digital channels to print productions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role responsibilities span content creation, coordination with designers, managing photo libraries, and providing guidance to internal clients. This is specialized promotion and marketing work in developing internal communications and external marketing campaigns for the Squamish Nation’s Ta7lnew̓ás department. The successful applicant will work with internal clients to support them in developing, implementing, and evaluating communications and marketing plans for their program and service areas. With a newly developed, overarching Promotions and Marketing Plan, the successful candidate will steward that plan to implementation. 

What You Bring

   Salary: $ 76,499 - $ 85,634 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
