Requirements

  High School Diploma
  or equivalent

  Excellent knowledge of
  property administration and leasing
  
  
• 
  Policies for building
  insurance (desirable)
  
• 
  
  Financial accounting
  comprehension
  
• 
  Making entries in a
  journal
  
• 
  General computer
  skills (intermediate level)
  
• 
  
  Time management
  abilities
  
• 
  
  Communication
  abilities, both written and oral.
