Join the Mental Health Screening Unit multidisciplinary team working within Metropolitan Remand and Reception Centre (MRRC and Silverwater Women’s correctional centre, offering unique clinical depth and professional growth within a dynamic, maximum-security environment.

Your role
As a Psychologist in the Mental Health Screening Unit, you will work in close collaboration with custodial, Justice Health, and services and programs staff to deliver high-quality psychological assessment and intervention within a specialised unit. You will provide expert advice to staff and key stakeholders, supporting informed, evidence-based decision-making in the support of individuals in custody.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your clinical expertise while working with a diverse client group in a complex and dynamic setting. We offer regular clinical supervision with an experienced Senior Psychologist and monthly peer group supervision.
