Purchasing Manager

Integrity is actively recruiting a Purchasing Manager to join our expanding team!

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for working alongside the Director of Purchasing to implement strategies to control all company spending. They will also be responsible for negotiating pricing and terms with all vendors.

The Purhcasing Manager will report directly to the Director of Purchasing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and establishing best practices for the Purchasing Department, as well as ensuring they are followed


• Provide purchasing team with processes and procedures in relation to Integrity spending, and ensure they are being adhered to


• Collaborate with department leaders on all initiatives to improve shop flow, organization and cleanliness


• Negotiate pricing and terms with all vendors


• Ensure timely deliveries of all materials


• Coordinate with moldmaking, engineering and receiving teams to forecast material needs


• Explain and justify Integrity's total spend

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a purchasing related role


• Strong work ethic


• Good communication and organizational skills


• Computer and data entry skills

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.
