The Application Performance Testing Center of Excellence supports the evolution of quality assurance practices to deliver high-performing, resilient, and reliable solutions at scale. As a specialist, you will support development teams in integrating performance, load, and resilience testing throughout the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of application quality practices, tools, and standards within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support development teams in adopting best practices for quality assurance related to performance, load, and resilience, integrated into the DevOps cycle and CI/CD pipelines.
  


• Design, plan, and execute performance and load tests, analyze the results, and ensure the production of quality deliverables.
  


• Collaborate with teams to integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous application quality improvement.
  


• Advise teams on strategies, tools, and technological approaches to improve application stability, performance, and observability.
  


• Contribute to the definition, evolution, and dissemination of standards, frameworks, and best practices in application performance testing.
  

Requirements

Desired Profile / Key Skills:

• Senior
  


• Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Gatling, JMeter).
  


• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
  


• Good understanding of CI/CD environments, DevOps, and test automation.
  


• Knowledge of Java (an asset).
  


• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and act as a consultant.
