JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced QA Analysts with specialized expertise in one or more Guidewire modules, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital Portals, Integration, or Data Conversion.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements for your area of specialization (e.g., Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital, Integration, or Conversion).


• Conduct system, functional, integration, and UAT testing to ensure full coverage of application features.


• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and project management teams to validate functionality and report defects.


• Execute data validation and backend testing using SQL and related tools.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.


• Document test results and defects using tools such as JIRA and ensure proper tracking and resolution.


• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.


• Ensure compliance with QA standards and contribute to process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5-6 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in one or more Guidewire modules (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital, Integration, or Conversion).


• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and testing processes.


• Experience writing and executing test cases based on functional and technical requirements.


• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM).


• Proficiency with SQL and backend data validation techniques.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
