Job Description - Quality Control Analyst

Resolute Workforce Solutions (Staff augmentation subsidiary of Brevitas Consulting Inc.) is dedicated to helping organizations achieve tangible results and lasting improvements via successful project delivery, continuous process improvement, and effective management of change. Our expertise is in Commissioning & Qualification, Validation, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Project Management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Quality Control Analyst in Mississauga, ON (On-site).

Responsibilities:

Follows safety procedures and uses required PPE.

Reports injuries, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly.

Inspects and samples raw materials and packaging (including customer-supplied items).

Performs ID testing using TruScan.

Submits samples for lab analysis and records them in LIMS.

Manages purchase orders for third-party testing and verifies costs.

Maintains proper storage and disposal of retain samples.

Handles sampling and release of consumable materials.

Works efficiently and identifies opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of cGMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Knowledge of computer systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibile with the ability to adapt, respond quickly and manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Salary ranges from $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
