Job Description - Quality Control Technician

One of our Automotive clients is looking for a Quality Control Technician for their Day shift in Aurora location.

Shift - Straight Days

Adhere to IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
Involve all employees in Lean Manufacturing techniques and process enhancement initiatives.
Oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with Kaizen standards.
Fulfill Kaizen training requirements across the division, including onboarding new employees.
Coordinate Kaizen training sessions, managing resources and logistics.
Work with the General Manager to set objectives, goals, and milestones.
Offer support and guidance to office and shop floor teams through coaching and mentoring.
Involve all employees in Lean Manufacturing techniques and process enhancement initiatives.
