We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components. On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.

Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Quality Control Technician, probes.

Your daily life:

As a key member of the team , you will be responsible for testing the inspection equipment manufactured by the assembly team. Using assembly procedures, mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams, you'll ensure the accuracy of assembly. You will be responsible for carrying out all checks to ensure that the product is functional and free of defects.

In this role, you will:

  • Under limited supervision, perform final probe inspection tests;
  • Execute test plans, analyze data obtained, draft appropriate internal and external documents;
  • Communicate test tolerance irregularities to production team leader;
  • Use precision tools and measuring devices to perform assembly activities;
  • Follow verbal and written instructions such as detailed drawings, schematics, procedures and assembly sketches when performing various assembly and sub-assembly tasks;
  • All other production-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have a D.E.S. or diploma in electronics repair or assembly or a related field;
  • You have at least 1 year's experience in a similar position;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You have good stress management skills;
  • You have good deductive and technical problem-solving skills;
  • You have a strong work ethic and are customer service oriented;
  • You are independent, resourceful and a good team player.
