Quality Supervisor

The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Quality Supervisor. The successful candidate for this position will report directly to the facility Quality Assurance Manager and shall be responsible for administering all the daily activities of the Quality Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Implementation of Quality Assurance Manual requirements.


• Day-to-day, shift-to-shift decision making at the shop floor level.


• The participation of in-depth investigations of production problems and the ultimate follow up of corrective action(s).


• The monitoring and reporting of all on floor Quality Assurance activities.


• The planning and maintenance of all documentation i.e.: Control Plans - Flow Charts, etc.


• The development of new Inspection techniques.


• The continual development and training of personnel.


• Participation in investigation and corrective action of customer complaints.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Community College
  
  
  
  • Engineering Technology or
  
  
  • Management/Supervision
  
  
  • Or equivalent training and experience
  
  
  
  


• Strong organizational abilities.


• Shall have knowledge of Quality Systems to ISO/TS16949 Standard.


• Shall have knowledge of inspection methods and Statistical Process Control.


• Shall have experience on quality problem resolution.


• Shall have supervisory skills such as good communication & organizational skills.
