What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials on the job site.
• Consistently completes all required safety documentation throughout the workday to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.

Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, navigating active construction sites, and operating specialized equipment. The position requires adherence to strict safety standards and the ability to manage physical tasks throughout the workday.
