About the Team 

At PwC Canada, our Deals team provides strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring — helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value. 

Within Real Assets, we advise public and private sector clients on procuring, developing, financing, and executing projects in the energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Many of these projects directly intersect with Indigenous communities and lands. Your work will build strong commercial and financial acumen, sectoral expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and resources.
