Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Contact patients who are due or overdue for hygiene and treatment appointments


• Build and maintain a productive recall schedule


• Answer patient questions and provide outstanding customer service


• Schedule and confirm appointments


• Verify insurance when needed and assist with patient inquiries


• Maintain accurate patient records and recall systems


• Work closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule efficient and productive


• Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to return for ongoing care

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (required)


• Experience with recall systems, scheduling, and dental insurance


• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills


• A friendly, energetic, and patient-focused personality


• Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with patients


• Multilingual candidates are an asset

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $22 to $26 per hour
