Job Description - Receptionist

Receptionist – London Office


Larlyn Property Management is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our London office.



This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team. The successful candidate will report to our London Head Office and work Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM.



As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, owners, tenants, vendors, and team members.



What You’ll Do



  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the office.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, faxes, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Assist tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members with general inquiries.

  • Support customer email responses and ensure messages are directed to the right person.

  • Assist with scanning, printing, filing, photocopying, and other general office tasks.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.

  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.

  • Help keep the reception area, boardroom, kitchen, and shared office spaces organized.

  • Support meeting room preparation and general office coordination.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Share customer feedback with the team to help improve service and office processes.

  • Process remote cheque deposits using the scanner.



What We’re Looking For



  • A positive and professional attitude.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy office environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable processes is an asset.

  • A team player who is willing to help where needed.
