Your tasks at a glance
You warmly welcome patients and direct them to the waiting room, ensuring that new patients complete the questionnaire to add to their files.
You handle mail, clinic phone lines, and voicemails, and make sure to call patients to confirm their appointments.
You are responsible for updating the medical records and appointments software after each patient's arrival and departure.
You manage inventory and ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the clinic when needed.
A clear view of your assets
You have experience as a receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant in a doctor's office or have strong customer service/patient care skills.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
You stand out for your organizational and collaborative skills as well as your ability to work with minimal supervision.
You especially thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and when you work as part of a team.
You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training or work (expenses covered by Vision Group).
Important:You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également(advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
Schedule:You are available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm(flexibility required for later shifts 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
