What does a Receptionist do?

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests with exceptional customer service.


• Manage visitors, events, and employee requests by anticipating needs and prioritizing effectively.


• Collaborate closely with other members of the operations and administrative  team to provide outstanding support.


• Handle various incoming communications through in-person interactions, phone, email and Microsoft Teams.


• Assist in ongoing administrative projects


• Enforce access policies and procedures in a friendly manner.


• Maintain confidentiality and represent GardaWorld to people that come into contact with you.


• Other various business administration duties

Qualifications to become a Receptionist in Calgary

• 1-2 years experience in an administrative role


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and think creatively to solve problems


• Be eligible to work in Canada.


• Able to work Mon-Fri.


• Able to commute to the office in Calgary SW.


• Customer Service Oriented.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
