Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting visitors at our Head Office, located in Caraquet, New Brunswick.
The incumbent receives and transmits telephone calls and faxes. He/she is responsible for the Head Office and Branch telephone network, as well as the security system and building access cards (CHUBB).
The person we're looking for has a college diploma in office, secretarial or administrative studies and two to five (3 to 5) years' experience in financial services or customer service. Any equivalence in training and experience will be considered.
In addition, the person must have knowledge of a telephone system, knowledge of written French (spelling and grammar) as well as oral French, knowledge of retail and business products and services distributed by the Caisse and subsidiaries, and knowledge of the philosophy and operations of a financial services cooperative.
Fluency in both official languages.
