A career as an Receptionnist in the Financial Markets division at National Bank means acting as a resource person for our sector in improving the administrative functioning of the department, by working closely with your colleagues. You will be responsible for welcoming customers as well as your colleagues from the different teams and you will perform various administrative tasks. The person in this role is expected to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues. A customer-centric approach is essential.
Your role:
- Welcoming customers and visitors (internal and external)
- Answer phone calls and general questions
- Process, redirect and follow up on requests for information received as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform various administrative and other related tasks
- Support your dedicated teams during absences and vacations
- Manage the coffee and beverage component

Within Financial Markets, you are part of the Equity and FICC teams (Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities) and report to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice-President. Our teams stand out for their client/employee experience delivery, their expertise and their agility.

Prerequisites:
- Recognized experience in a receptionist position, or other relevant position
- Customer service experience
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and versatility
