RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR | Vaughan, ON

• You are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus. 
• You have a permanent full-time position (approx. 40hrs/week), and we currently have 1 vacant position available.

• You oversee the day-to-day operations of the receptionist team, ensuring exceptional patient service, professional communication, and efficient management of phone lines, appointments, and patient inquiries.
• You orient, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate receptionist team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• You coordinate receptionist staff scheduling, workload distribution, and front desk coverage to support smooth and productive clinic operations.
• You maintain accurate patient records and administrative reporting while collaborating with clinic leadership to support patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
• You foster a positive and engaging work environment that balances accountability, employee development, and team collaboration.
• You support risk management, incident reporting, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
• You assist the Centre Director with additional operational and leadership responsibilities as needed.

• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You have a keen interest in the medical field and a leadership role.
• You demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence and professionalism with the ability to foster change, work in a complex environment, set goals, delegate tasks, and prioritize urgencies.
• You have experience in management or supervision and demonstrate excellent proactive customer service skills, organizational skills & analytical skills.
• You have the ability to coach, provide feedback and foster teamwork. 
• Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (schedule subject to occasional change).
