Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment.

For over 20 years, Ruth & Naomi’s Mission has been a beacon of hope in Chilliwack, serving meals, providing shelter, and walking alongside individuals in need. Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. What You’ll Do



  • Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants

  • Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team

  • Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants

  • Willingness to uphold and respect Ruth & Naomi's values and mission (personal relationship with Jesus Christ and willingness to sign our statement of faith required).


What You Bring



  • Education & Experience: In social services, addictions recovery, or supporting vulnerable populations

  • Training: Must meet all Assisted Living Registry (ALR) minimum training qualifications

  • Experience: Must have experience facilitating groups and working within the social services sector 

  • Personal Strengths: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid Class 5 and be willing to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted (an asset if already obtained) and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Hours: In office, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm (subject to change based on program needs)
