Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact to successful hire. 


• Source, screen and interview candidates through a variety of channels. 


• Build candidate pipelines and work with Account Managers to meet changing staffing needs. 


• Represent GardaWorld at career fairs and community recruitment events. 


• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity. 


• Hire in accordance with ISO compliance requirements.

Recruiter Qualifications

•    2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.
•    Strong communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
•    The ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus on quality.
•    A proactive, results-oriented approach.
•    Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
•    Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
•    Post-secondary education in HR, Business or a related field is an asset.
