OPPORTUNITY:
HEABC has an opening for a Recruitment Associate in the PRA-BC program. Reporting to PRA-BC’s Program Manager, the Recruitment Associate provides specialized physician recruitment support services. The Recruitment Associate works as a generalist across multiple program components and may also specialize in one or more of these areas, depending on the needs of the program.

Required Knowledge and Experience
Successful completion of human resources diploma or relevant degree and at least two (2) years’ experience in a position requiring knowledge of recruitment practices, immigration matters or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (preferably in health care).
This position is well-suited to an individual interested in pursuing a career in an interesting segment of the public sector, and who values the opportunity to make a positive public contribution through their work.
Salary Range: $63,484 to $83,323
Typical Hiring Range: $63,484 to $79,355
In determining salary, HEABC considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The final salary offer will be at HEABC’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
