East Coast Water Solutions is growing fast — and we’re looking for a highly skilled Red Seal Certified HVAC Heat Pump Installer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while helping Nova Scotian homeowners reduce their energy costs with modern, eco-efficient heating and cooling systems.

You will primarily install residential heat pump systems, working both independently and alongside a strong support team committed to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following:

• Currently living in Nova Scotia
  


• Red Seal Certification in HVAC (required)


• Proven experience installing heat pumps (mini-split and/or central systems)


• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (van or truck preferred)


• Strong communication skills and fluency in English


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
