Eliot is seeking a dedicated Regional Director to oversee our residential network of services supporting individuals with brain injuries in the Northeast area.  Our Brain Injury programs provide high-quality, innovative programming to help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.


The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience supervising residential programming and staff with experience in program development, staff learning and training as well as quality management.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee all clinical and programmatic components and the coordination and implementation of all services.  Supervise all aspects of general operations, ensuring optimal service delivery is provided within contractual requirements.

  • Coordinate, implement and monitor program compliance with licensing regulations, contract compliance, service delivery and quality outcome standards.

  • Develop and monitor budgets, maintain, and implement strategies designed to ensure fiscal integrity of programs.

  • Pursue continuous improvement in program operation and service delivery through QUEST participation, formal and informal program assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning.

  • Develop and implement a system to maintain client records, ensuring annual plans, quarterly reports and monthly notes are current and accurately reflect clients’ goals and needs. Maintain electronic data and paper documentation in accordance with Agency policies, funding source requirements and state and federal regulations.

  • Supervise Program Managers to include hiring, training, and performance evaluation.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field and eight years related experience, with at least four years in a management or supervisory capacity and two years of experience working with the brain injury population.

  • Experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training.

  • Possess working knowledge or experience with DDS regulations.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups. Demonstrate knowledge of medical, physical, and psychosocial factors associated with brain injury.

  • The BCBA certification or working towards it is an added advantage.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Annual Salary

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
