Dentalook is looking for you to take on the Regional Manager position to oversee the daily operations of multiple Dental clinics within the Greater Toronto Area, ON. As a key leader, you will ensure operational efficiency, team development, and exceptional patient care. You will drive performance, manage financials, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with Practice Managers to achieve strategic goals while delivering growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the operational lead, ensuring clinic performance meets high standards and aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
  
  
  • Regularly visit clinics, monitor staff morale, and provide leadership guidance to achieve operational excellence.
  
  
  • Collaborate with Practice Managers to optimize clinic performance, efficiency, and patient care.

  • Lead and mentor clinic managers and staff, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  
  
  • Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and assist in recruitment efforts to build a strong, engaged team.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient retention, clinic growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and manage clinic budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability while maintaining high patient care standards.

  • Ensure clinics comply with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
