Regional Marketing Manager

Our Edmonton-based client is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to manage multiple regions within thepany. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Understanding strategy and tactical marketing, strong execution skills.

Stakeholder engagement/management, professionalism andmunication skills important

Someone that fits in the environment, can keep up with the fast-paced environment, able to pivot fast.

In-depth knowledge of marketing budget management and ROI reporting. Need to have a strong understanding of how to distribute marketing budgets based on performance and measures to customer acquisition cost.

Skills required:

Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ leading a marketing division.

Ability to manage marketing budgets

Able to lead marketing campaigns + work with external vendors.

Knowledge of Residentialmercial Rental and lease-up strategies is a must!

This position will be 100% on site in the Edmonton office - remote/hybrid work not available.
