The Role
As a key member of our sales team, you are motivated to grow EMN's business by adding new accounts, surgeon customers, and patient end-users. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for learning our product offering, value proposition, and sales tools; generating new leads & opportunities; building relationships; managing the sales process; closing new sales; providing exceptional customer service; obtaining customer feedback; and identifying opportunities to increase the utilization of EMN’s products within existing accounts in a defined territory within the USA. Additionally, you will support strategic sales initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

You are an assertive, self-starter with superior interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship building skills. You take joy in working with people. You are an effective multi-tasker with a knack for staying organized and prioritizing tasks based on impact. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability, critical thinking & teamwork are necessary to get it done.

Your Qualifications
Education: undergraduate degree in business, marketing, nutrition, kinesiology, or science
Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B, health & wellness, pharmaceutical, medical device or medical technology industry
