POSITION OVERVIEW

This role involves transforming warm leads into valuable appointments for our consultants and fostering key relationships with partner organizations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Regional Outbound Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate with our consultant team to cultivate a robust pipeline of warm referral leads.
  • Engage existing members to generate referrals using our dynamic referral tools and programs.
  • Connect with warm leads, securing face-to-face/virtual appointments with our consultants.
  • Nourish leads in the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm until ready to book an appointment.
  • Conduct research to identify local tradeshows for FBC participation and represent the company at these events.
  • Forge and nurture robust relationships with potential partners.
  • Set and surpass sales targets.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

  • Customer service/sales experience is a must (because we love working with people).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Post-secondary education would be a valuable asset.
  • Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
