Job Description - Regional Sales Professional - Northern Alberta (Oil - artificial lift)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Northern Alberta Regional Sales Professional. This is an opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.

What You Will Do:

Provide sales support for artificial lift, tubular, well head, and related products.
Collaborate with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend improvement and innovation plans.
Generate and execute sales plans to meet territory profit goals.
Conduct sales forecasting and research for the assigned territory or accounts.
Utilize sales tools and processes for an efficient sales process.
Organize presentations for distributors and end users.
Support and lead trials of new technologies and initiatives in the territory.
Lead sales campaigns and provide after-sales technical support.
Travel within the assigned sales territory focused on Northwest Alberta.
Must frequently travel to customer sites.

Requirements

Four or more years of relevant experience.
Experience in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent relationship sales skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Good negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to use a customer relationship management system.
