Job Description - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Dental Choice


Lead Dental Assistant – Bring Your Energy & Smile!
We're looking for a bubbly, energetic Lead Dental Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced dental team! If you love making people smile, thrive in a leadership role, and bring positive vibes wherever you go, we want to meet you!


Location: Stephen Avenue Dental Chocie

Full-time Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm & Friday 8am to 3pm

 


Lead RDA Responsibilities:



  • Lead by example and support a strong clinical team

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and top-notch patient care

  • Manager dental supplies budget 

  • Keep the energy high and the smiles bright!

  • Advance your career with assisting in Invisalign


What We’re Looking For:



  • 2+ years dental assisting experience

  • Lead role experience a plus

  • Radiant personality, can-do attitude, and team spirit

Wage: $30/hr to $35/hr - wage is based on experience
