Robie Street Dental Centre is a welcoming, family-friendly dental clinic in the heart of downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia. We offer a full range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, oral surgery, and cosmetic treatments, all delivered with care and compassion. 

Schedule:  

• 4 days per week
• Monday - Thursday
• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Your Role: 

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment 

• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow 

• Take dental X-rays and digital images as  

• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards 

• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care 

• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks 

• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care 

• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines 

• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour 

About You: 

• Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is  

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
