We are currently seeking a Fixed Term Registered Dental Assistant to join our collaborative team. Schedule:

• Full-time; shifts can be 7 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 9 pm
• Monday to Friday with bi-weekly Saturdays
• Contract position end date in May 2027

Your Role: 

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment 
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow 
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required 
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards 
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care 
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks 
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care 
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines 
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour  

About You: 

• Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required 
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
