About This Role:
As a Registered Early Childhood Educator at Compass Early Learning and Care, Bowmanville, you will be working alongside children between the ages of 3.8 to 12 years old. This role will work in collaboration with children, families, community partners, and colleagues to create enriching learning experiences.
You'll work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a split-shift role, with some additional hours supporting documentation time, program planning, team meetings, and professional learning opportunities. This role will switch to full-time hours during PA day, March Break, Winter Break, and Summer Camp periods for up to 35 to 40 hours per week.
Educators must be available to work before school and after school from 7 am to 9:15 am and 3:15 pm to 6 pm.
