Compass Early Learning and Care (CELC) has been in operation since 1981 and is one of the largest not-for-profit child care organizations serving East-Central Ontario. With over 600 Staff and 80 Home Child Care providers, we offer 44 high-quality licensed childcare centers and over 80 licensed homes serving over 4,000 families.

About the role:
At Compass ELC Kirkfield, we are looking for excited, passionate, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators who will be a part of building the culture and environments within this new program. As an RECE, you will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners, and co-workers. You will work alongside the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You are passionate about early learning and care, play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and lifelong learning. You are energetic, resourceful, and creative in your pursuits of creating learning opportunities, building connections, and engaging with children and families.
