Accountabilities
- Personalize program elements to meet the needs of designated prescribers.
- Ensure compliance with nursing care standards of the governing nursing body.
- Review patient status and assist prescribers with patient registration and special authorization requests.
- Proactively assess programs and suggest improvements for service quality.
- Complete relevant reports according to specified deadlines and standards.
- Welcome each patient into the program and assist with necessary patient information.
- Coordinate insurance coverage activities and follow up with patients on reimbursement outcomes.
Requirements
- A diploma in nursing or related field is required.
- Minimum of five years experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in French, is mandatory.
- Previous case management experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
