The platform sits at the intersection of FinOps, cloud operations, and technology value management, giving customers the visibility and expertise they need to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and turn cloud financial data into action.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who brings both FinOps depth and strong commercial instincts. You’ll serve as the technical and strategic expert when sales teams and pre-sales partners need deeper subject matter expertise, while also supporting customers post-sale with guidance around cloud cost optimization, rate optimization, and broader financial operations strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the FinOps and cloud cost optimization SME supporting sales and pre-sales on complex customer opportunities, acting as the specialist overlay when deeper technical expertise is needed.


• Lead pre- and post-sales customer engagements focused on cloud cost optimization, rate optimization, and FinOps best practices across multi-cloud environments.


• Guide customers on workload optimization and automation using optimization platforms and tools similar to Spot/Ocean-style products for container and autoscaling environments.


• Run discovery sessions, design reviews, and practical advisory workshops that translate cloud economics into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or cloud cost optimization in a customer-facing consulting or solutions engineering role.


• Proven ability to support enterprise sales cycles as a technical and strategic advisor, bridging sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.


• Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimization tooling, including rate optimization, rightsizing, and workload automation concepts.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex cloud and financial concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
